At Columbia Furniture & Appliance Delivery, we are committed to providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to offer flexible policies that accommodate your needs. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
1. Cancellation Policy
We allow for cancellations, but because we allocate specific time slots for each delivery, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance:
If you need to cancel your delivery service, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a full refund of any payments made, and no cancellation fees will apply.Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Scheduled Delivery:
For cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total delivery cost will apply to cover the costs associated with scheduling and preparing your delivery.Same-Day or Last-Minute Cancellations:
Cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled delivery or after our team has already dispatched will result in a 50% charge of the total delivery cost. This is to account for time, labor, and transportation expenses incurred.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your delivery:
Rescheduling More Than 24 Hours in Advance:
There is no fee to reschedule your delivery if you provide notice more than 24 hours in advance. We’ll work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.Rescheduling Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Delivery:
A rescheduling fee of 15% of the total delivery cost will apply for reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment. This helps cover the cost of the time allocated for your delivery.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
If We Are Unable to Provide the Service:
In the unlikely event that Columbia Furniture & Appliance Delivery is unable to fulfill your delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather), you will be entitled to a full refund, or you can opt to reschedule your delivery at no additional cost.Service Dissatisfaction:
We take customer satisfaction seriously. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. We will work to resolve the issue, and in certain cases, may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.Damage Claims:
If any damage occurs to your furniture or appliances during delivery, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and, if damage is verified, we will either repair or replace the item. If repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund for the damaged item’s value will be issued. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery.
4. No-Show Policy
If our team arrives for a scheduled delivery and you or an authorized person is not present to receive the delivery, a 50% no-show fee will apply. We will make efforts to contact you before leaving the premises.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation or refund request is approved. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during booking.
