3. Booking and Cancellations
Booking Process
When you book a service, you will receive a confirmation outlining the details of your delivery or removal service. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details are accurate.
Cancellations
Customer Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a service by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, equipment failure, or unavailability of staff. We will notify you as soon as possible if any changes are necessary.

We are committed to delivering your items safely and professionally. However, Columbia Furniture & Appliance Delivery will not be held liable for:
Minor scratches, scuffs, or dings that occur during delivery or removal, unless caused by gross negligence.
Damages that result from incorrect or misleading information provided by the customer.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or accidents.
Damages
In the rare event of significant damage, our liability will be limited to the repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the item.
